I thoroughly enjoyed being on the show, and now watching it. I'm still wanting to go deeper and get more clarity in the show, but this was a good start. I feel people are showing increasingly more where they really are at, and a lot of very conscious and intelligent conversation happened.
When you make choices and decisions from consciousness – opposed to reaction which is based upon old beliefs, emotional hurts, implanted fears and negative thinking – you move more into alignment with what is right and good for you. The more aligned we are with our truth, the happier we tend to feel. It is when we are focusing our thoughts on what we do not want and/or doing something that is not aligned with our truth that we feel bad.

Just watched this show that I was on with Jamie, Jim, Dr. Jane & Steve. It was as engaging watching it as it was being a part of it. In many cases healing begins in the mind. Many doctors now agree that a positive mental attitude significantly improves healing.

Versus to live at effect – in effect of external circumstances – making disempowered choices based on fear projected by the media, keeping up with the Jones’s mentality, living superficially, or to allow yourself to go
