I was born with a knowing; a true sense of who I came forth to become. Fortunately I grew up in a family where there was tremendous encouragement to explore every curiosity and embark on each incredible journey of self-discovery. I threw myself into the mix of life with a sense of wild abandonment. There was so much to experience and I was bound and determined to explore it all. I was ahead of my time, always choosing the road less traveled as I allowed my inner being to guide me every step of the way. The contrast that I have experienced throughout my lifetime has been stunning. Each and every wonderful moment has brought me closer to the clarity of the life that I have so joyfully created and live out each and every day.
I am on what I often call my "third life." I have co-created a beautiful family with my successful and dynamic husband. I received my MSW from Loyola University, and developed a wonderful thriving private psychotherapy practice. I have traveled the world exploring all types of spiritual healing modalities. I am a passionate amateur equestrian rider on the AA horse show circuit. I have an insatiable appetite for pleasure, beauty and joy, and often refer to myself as a true pleasure junkie.

KidsTalk Foundation:
KidsTalk Foundation was founded in 1997, focused on helping youth all over the world. Too often today’s neglected youth resort to negative acts such as drug and alcohol abuse, obesity, gang violence, homeless, or independent acts of violence in an attempt to express their rage and anger for areas for which they do not clearly understand, and lack of having a goal in mind. Plagued by outside influences such as broken homes, obesity, gangs, and peer pressure, youth need a positive atmosphere to express their true feelings and realize that they are not alone. In this era of budget cutbacks, many public schools can no longer fund communications, fine rts and media educational programs; thus, many youth do not have the ability or opportunity to learn about media production through public school programs. These studies are essential to providing the youth of our community with an opportunity to express themselves in a non-threatening manner.
KidsTalk Youth Training Program:
KidsTalk Youth Training Program (YTP) is a program introduced to give youth the opportunity in the field of media, communications and journalism. This program allows children and teens to obtain exposure to media communications through hands-on training to enhance their understanding and knowledge of production techniques, in front of the camera and behind the camera. These children come from disadvantaged backgrounds that, without the benefit of this program, would never have had this opportunity to increase there ability to have the choice to go into the world of media and entertainment business. KidsTalk Future Leaders Program:
The Future Leaders Program was established in 2005, starting with 650 orphans at three camps, Nambale, Bunyore & Kakamega, Kenya, East Africa, it is now over 1,000. The student population consists of orphaned or extremely destitute children who would otherwise be unable to receive an education or medication, also in Africa the children have to pay to go to high school; KidsTalk are sponsoring 12 students to attend high school. KidsTalk Foundation has been officially certified as an NGO (non-governmental organization) in Kenya.
KidsTalk In Africa:
· Purchased a school bus and a 4 wheel drive vehicle to take the medical team from the Kakamega clinic to the two outlying schools each week to provide medical services for these students
· Purchase books for every classroom, the teacher’s guide books, dictionaries, pencils, paper, school supplies, and story books for the children.
· desks for all students a desk for the school superintendent, book shelves for the new books, & bulletin boards for the classrooms.
· We put concrete floors in all classrooms (two of the schools had only mud floors)
· Purchased cooking utensils and safety gear for the cooks.
· purchase medicine to treat all of the children for worms. They get intestinal and stomach worms that impact digestion and cause skin rashes.
· We established a medical clinic on the Kakamega school campus. This medical clinic is staffed by a full-time nurse and 3 assistants. A doctor from the hospital assists with special cases. We provide all of the medicine to keep the clinic stocked every month. We vaccinate the children against typhoid. Prior to the medical clinic and vaccination program, on average, one child was dying at the school every month. It has now been over 4 years that KidsTalk has run the medical program and in that time...not one child has died of a treatable disease. That's approximately 100 children that are alive today as a result of the medical clinic and vaccination program.
· We purchased a 5 acre piece of property that is being developed as a farm. We will have milk cows to provide milk 3 times a day for the students and teachers and we are planting banana and orange trees.
· Purchased a piece of property that serves as a Nursery school for children 3 – 5 years of age and also serves as a dormitory for 32 students that had no care-givers and no homes.
· We built the 5th grade classroom at the Nambale school and built the 7th grade classroom at the Bunyore school.

Alicia D. Cramer - Cast - Self-Growth
Alicia D. Cramer is a Certified Hypnotherapist, EFT Practitioner, Coach and Entrepreneur. She works with individuals and groups to improve themselves and achieve greater levels of success in business. Some have called her an expert in transformation. At age 18 while working at a health food store, she found a passion for helping others improve their physical health. And in 2000 she received a Diploma for Fitness and Nutrition from Harcourt Learning Direct.
After a brief study with a local holistic health practitioner, she implemented her knowledge and enthusiasm for health and wellness into an ongoing study of mental and spiritual health for a holistic approach to healing and personal growth.
